The old Jasper is a grumpy old man, but even the grumpiest hearts can melt. The one thing that melted old Jasper's heart was the love letter between his daughter and Thomas Moorland. Jasper was so relieved to see that the love between Thomas and his daughter was real.
Thanks to the letters Koko could travel to Fort Pinta and received the paperwork to help Thomas Moorland save the stable.
