While on the way to Fort Pinta Koko sees a girl. Koko stops and the girl tells her about her love for horses. Sindra is on her way to Fort Pinta where she will buy a horse. Koko tells her to hop on Dusty and she will take her to Fort Pinta. Things do not go as planned when they arrive at Fort Pinta. Stopped at the gate by the guard they get fined for speeding, riding double and talking back. The finds raking up and the guard referring them to the minister of tourism.
How is the minister you ask… the answer… James Cloudmill. He said that the fine will round up to 50 000 shillings. Sindra could not pay that, however James will let Koko and Sinda off the hook if they help out with the tourist horses. Sindra of course agrees because of her love for horses.
So Koko and Sindra set off to take the horses from Eddie's market to Fort Pinta. When getting the horses Eddie shows up thinking Sindra and Koko are thieves, reasutring Eddie that they are not thieves they then goes on to say they are taking the horses to James. Which seems to relax Eddie, so Koko and Sindra set off to Fort Pinta.
When arriving at the location, James says thanks, however he still demands payment. When Sindra does not want to pay James calls the Mayor, Sindra and Koko expect a person, but are surprised when they see a pony with a walkie on the bridel. And James seems to have snuck off somewhere. Koko detects foul play, so she decides to look for James. Looking around Koko finds James speaking into a walkie connected to Mayor Peanuts walkie. So deciding on a agrement, Koko and James come to the conclusion that Sindra should be the race leader and help out at Fort Pinta. As a compensation Koko does not tell anybody about Mayor Peanut.
